Vacation Rental Rate Information and Availability is as follows:
Ocean Sands requires a 2-week minimum rental. No exceptions, please.

RATES :

January – April            $ 2300.00     for two weeks

May – December        $ 1500.00     for two weeks

Rates quoted are for 4 guests. Children under 5: free of charge. Please note that rates do not include taxes, fees and cleaning charges. See Rental Policy.

The Condo By-law does not permit guests to have pets on site. It is also a NON Smoking unit.
