Rental Policy

OCEAN SANDS RENTAL POLICY

GENERAL

  • Maximum guests per unit:  4 persons
  • Minimum stay:  2 weeks
  • No smoking, no pets
  • Check in time:   Saturday   4pm
  • Check out time: Saturday 10am
  • Guests must adhere to Ocean Sands Condominium Rules & Regulations

PAYMENT

  • All currency in US funds
  • $300 reservation deposit to hold your reservation. For stays longer than 4 weeks, an additional  $100/wk reservation deposit is required.
  • Balance of full rental payment to be paid 30 days prior your date of occupancy.  
  • Full payment shall consist of:
    • rental rate plus applicable taxes
    • $100 cleaning fee
    • $100 security deposit (key,phone,etc.)
  • Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation must be in writing.
  • No refund given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather or unforeseen disruption caused by repairs or maintenance in the common areas.
  • 60 days or more, full refund of the reservation deposit.
  • 30 to 60 days , no refund of the reservation deposit.
  • 15 to 30 days, 50% of the paid rental rate will be refunded. The $100 cleaning fee and the $100 security deposit will be returned to guest.
  • 1 to 15 days  nil  refund

DEPOSIT (KEY, PHONE, ETC.)

  • 14 days prior to commencement of stay, keys will be couriered to guest
  • Within 14 days following stay, guest shall return keys by courier (guest responsible for courier fees)
  • Upon receipt of keys,the security deposit of $100 shall be returned to guest if there are no outstanding expenses related to rental,phone charges,etc.

PARKING

  • Underground parking is available for guest’s vehicle.
  • Parking permit is requested at the Ocean Sands Condominium office upon guest’s arrival.
  • Guest is required to pay $50 administration registration fee which includes Ocean Sands parking permit.
