The spacious living room in Unit 1006 provides guests with comfortable beach furnishings. It is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The wall of windows provides an unbeatable 10th floor view of the beach, the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Beyond the sliding glass doors reveals a large 30-foot balcony, which extends the living room into the outdoors. Plush new carpeting adds to the luxury living in Unit 1006.

The dining room comfortably accommodates 4 guests seated at the dining table. The table conveniently extends to accommodate up to 6 guests for entertaining. Casual family dinners and get-togethers with friends can comfortably take place in the dining room in Unit 1006. The open concept plan in the living room and dining room allows for uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Kitchen
Unit 1006 has a clean and functional kitchen suitable for amateur and gourmet chefs on holiday. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and coffee maker to help make guests feel at home. The eat-in area comfortably seats two or three guests. New flooring adds to the exceptionality of Unit 1006.  While spending time in the kitchen, enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Boca Ciega Bay.

Master Bedroom

When staying at Unit 1006, these luxuries no longer have to be part of your imagination. The queen master bedroom in Unit 1006 is spacious and comfortable. It is tastefully decorated in classic Floridian style. Decorative linens and plush new carpeting provide comfort and style.
The large master bath is complete with his and her sinks and separate bath area.  The master bedroom and master bathroom offer an incredible amount of storage for guests’ convenience.

Second Bedroom
The spacious second bedroom has two twin beds, large dresser and night table. With a large closet, enhancedlighting and a large window overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay, this room is comfortable and convenient for all guests.Extra linens, including blankets, are provided for guests.
